Privacy policy
Effective October 2026
The short version
- Accounts are for parents and guardians. Kids don't sign up.
- We keep your email, your first name, what you tell us about your kids (an optional first name and an age level), and your checkmarks, schedule and notes. That's what makes the app work across your devices.
- No ads, no analytics trackers, and we don't sell or rent your information.
- Want it gone? Email us and we'll delete your account and everything in it.
Who we are
Toddler Learning (the app at my.toddlerlearning.app and this website at toddlerlearning.app) is run by 762 Media Enterprises LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean 762 Media Enterprises LLC. Toddler Learning is a personal project by Jacob Jones, operated through 762 Media Enterprises LLC. You can reach us at hello@toddlerlearning.app.
What we collect
| What | Where it comes from | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Email address and password | You, when you create an account | To sign you in, confirm your account and send password-reset links. Passwords are handled by our sign-in provider and stored hashed; we can't read them. |
| Your first name | You, on the sign-up form | To greet you in the app. |
| Your children's first names (optional) and age levels | You, in “Children and age levels” | To show each child's list. A name is optional and limited to 30 characters; a nickname works fine. We also store each child's pace setting and an internal ID. |
| Checkmarks | You, when you check off an activity | To track progress. Each one records the subject, week, which activity, and when it was checked. |
| Schedule | The app, from the pace and start date you choose | To show which week falls on which day. |
| Notes | You, if you write any | To show them back to you next to that week. Please keep sensitive details (health information, for example) out of notes. |
We don't ask for birth dates, photos, addresses, phone numbers or payment information, and the app has no chat or sharing features.
Stored on your device
The app keeps your sign-in session and a copy of your children list in your browser's local storage, so it loads quickly and can recover if a save fails. It doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies. Signing out ends the session; clearing your browser's site data removes the local copies.
Collected automatically
Like any website, the servers that deliver the app and this site receive basic request information, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. Our providers use it to deliver pages and protect against abuse. We don't use analytics or advertising tools to build a profile of you.
Children's privacy
Toddler Learning is a tool for parents. Accounts are for adults 18 and older who are a child's parent or guardian, and children should not create accounts or use the app on their own. We don't knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
The only information about a child in the app is what the parent enters: an optional first name and an age level, plus the checkmarks, schedule and notes the parent records. The parent controls it and can change or remove it at any time. If you think a child has given us information without a parent, contact us and we'll delete it.
Who helps us run it
We use a few service providers. They process data for us to run the service, not for their own marketing.
- Supabase hosts sign-in and the database that holds your account and records, and sends the account confirmation and password-reset emails.
- Cloudflare hosts the app and this website.
- Google Fonts and jsDelivr serve the app's typefaces and two code libraries. When the app loads, your browser requests these files from them, which shares your IP address and browser details with those services. This website hosts its own fonts and doesn't use them.
- Buy Me a Coffee provides the floating coffee-cup button on this website. When a page loads, your browser requests that button's script from Buy Me a Coffee, which shares your IP address and browser details with them. If you choose to send a tip, Buy Me a Coffee handles the payment under its own privacy policy, and we don't see your card details. The app doesn't load this script.
We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. We may disclose information if the law requires it, to protect someone's safety, or as part of a transfer of the service to a new owner, who would have to honor this policy.
Our providers may store and process data in the United States or other countries.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and records while your account is open. Removing a child in the app deletes their name and level from your account, but their past checkmarks stay attached to your account until you ask us to delete them. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete it and its records from the live database. Copies in our providers' routine backups expire on their schedule.
Your choices and rights
- See and change your children's names and levels in the app at any time.
- Ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account by emailing hello@toddlerlearning.app. We'll confirm the request comes from the account's email address first.
- Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under local law. Contact us and we'll help.
Security
The app and this site are served over HTTPS, and your records are tied to your sign-in. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a password you don't use anywhere else.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change affects how we use information you've already given us, we'll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
