Terms of use
Effective October 2026
The short version
- Toddler Learning is free for parents and guardians to use at home.

- It's a learning plan, not medical or professional advice.
- Use the curriculum with your own family; please don't resell or republish it.
Who these terms are with
These terms are an agreement between you and 762 Media Enterprises LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“we” or “us”), and cover the Toddler Learning app at my.toddlerlearning.app and this website. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. Toddler Learning is a personal project by Jacob Jones, operated through 762 Media Enterprises LLC. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 and a parent or guardian, or another adult caring for the child with the parent's permission. Children shouldn't create accounts or use the app without you.
Your account
- Use an email address you control, and keep your password to yourself.
- You're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has gotten into it.
- You can stop using the app at any time and ask us to delete your account.
Safety comes first
The activities are written for an adult to do alongside a child. Some use small objects, food, water, scissors or climbing, and the notes point out choking and other risks where they apply. You know your child best: decide what's appropriate, change or skip anything that isn't, and stay with them while they play.
Toddler Learning isn't medical, developmental, therapeutic or educational professional advice. Age ranges are general guides; every child grows at their own pace. If you're worried about your child's development, talk to your pediatrician.
The curriculum
The activities, text and design of Toddler Learning belong to 762 Media Enterprises LLC. We give you a personal, non-commercial license to use them with the children in your care. Please don't copy, sell, republish or build another product from the curriculum without written permission. If you're a teacher, co-op or group that wants to use it, ask us.
Your notes
Notes and other things you enter stay yours. You give us permission to store and display them to you so the app can work. We don't use them for anything else.
Fair use of the service
Don't misuse the service: no trying to break in or get around security, no accessing other people's accounts, no automated scraping, and nothing that overloads or disrupts it. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
Free, and subject to change
Toddler Learning is free. We may add, change or remove features, update the curriculum, or stop offering the service. If we plan to shut it down, we'll try to give you notice by email first. We may also offer optional ways to support the project; they'll always be voluntary.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular learning outcome will result.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, 762 Media Enterprises LLC won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to fifty U.S. dollars ($50). Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Indemnity
If you misuse the service or break these terms and someone brings a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with that claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date, and for significant changes we'll let you know by email or in the app. Using the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
